Chapter 2

　　\"Mr. Leng, this is just a nutrient solution. Mr. Lu said we must take care of your body.\"

　　Quinn was stunned as he thought back to the cruel electric shock he had just experienced earlier and the dirty things Calvin had mercilessly done to him.

　　He couldn\'t help but laugh, tears almost falling.

　　The doctor quickly spotted the opportunity. Several people pressed Quinn\'s arm and quickly fixed the indwelling needle.

　　\"Mr. Leng, Mr. Lu is so kind to you, what else are you dissatisfied with?\"

　　Feeling the cold medicine injected into his blood, Quinn simply stopped struggling. He closed his eyes wearily and remained silent.

　　Yes, in the eyes of outsiders, Calvin was really kind to him.

　　Yanna Leng betrayed him ruthlessly and left the beautiful Calvin to be the city\'s laughingstock. However, Calvin still complied with Yanna\'s last wish to raise her brother by his side and to take good care of him.

　　But it was only Quinn who knew how Calvin really \"took care\" of him.

　　The nutrient solution was probably doped with a sedative as Quinn quickly fell asleep and has only woken up noon of the next day.

　　There was no one in the room.

　　He stared at the clock on the wall for a few seconds and waited for his strength to gradually return.

　　The mobile phone beside him kept ringing for a while, waiting for the owner to wake up and answer.

　　Quinn sat up, took the phone and picked it up.

　　It was the vice president of his small company. Hearing that Quinn had picked up the call, a voice on the other end cried in despair.

　　\"Mr. Leng, come and take a look, something happened to the company!\"

　　Quinn rushed to the company in a hurry. He couldn\'t help but twitch his eyelids in shock. Vice President Li saw him coming and hurriedly stumbled to this side.

　　\"Mr. Leng, look…\" Vice President Li said with uncertainty. \"What do we do with the goods that were originally scheduled to be shipped out? The entire warehouse was burned, even the samples you brought back from abroad before...\"

　　Quinn gritted his teeth and looked at the mess of the scene, \"What happened here?\"

　　\"The kid guarding the warehouse violated the regulations and actually smoked in the warehouse. I got a call last night and rushed over. I haven\'t found that bastard yet. What should we do now?\"

　　\"What else? Call the police first.\"

　　As he said that, Vice President Li took out his cell phone to make the call.

　　The Leng family first started the business by making clothes, but when Quinn went to study abroad, he also studied fashion design.

　　Since the death of his sister, Yanna, he had almost cut off contact with the Leng family. After two years of hard work managing the factory, it was finally starting to take off but all of his sweat and blood was burned away in just one night.

　　Quinn\'s fingers were a little cold, he unlocked his phone and was about to dial when he heard a sweet voice suddenly coming from behind him.

　　\"Yo, Mr. Leng.\"

　　Xia Lin\'s mouth was smiling and her tone was full of sarcasm. She stepped out of the car, arrogance evident on her eyes and eyebrows, and walked toward Quinn.

　　A young boy followed behind her.

　　Quinn squinted his eyes and recognized at a glance that it was the kid guarding the warehouse.

　　Everything finally made sense to him.

　　Xia stood still in front of him, her black dress outlined the slim figure of a woman.

　　\"How about it, Quinn, are you satisfied with this gift from me?\"

　　Quinn glared at her, his fingers tightly clenched together.

　　He knew that the woman was arrogant but he didn\'t expect that she would be this wicked!

　　His lips were still a little pale and the next words were spoken word by word, addressing the vice president he had always treated like a family, \"Uncle Li, call the police right now.\"

　　Uncle Li was standing behind Quinn, his hands were trembling as he held his phone. Before he was able to dial, he was kicked and the phone flew far away.

　　Xia looked at the young boy behind her with a satisfied smile.

　　\"Xia, that\'s enough!\" Quinn hurriedly turned around to help Uncle Li, and when he turned his head to look at Xia, his eyes were cold and harsh.

　　Xia didn\'t care, she just stood there and played with her hair.

　　\"Quinn, I\'m warning you. If I catch you next to Calvin again, you\'ll definitely get what\'s coming to you!\" she said as she squinted her eyes and looked at Quinn ferociously.

　　\"Don\'t you dare complain to Calvin again,\" she scoffed. \"I really underestimated you. I knew your sister was such a whore, but you, you are a man, so how could you crawl into another man\'s bed?\"

　　Xia couldn\'t stop thinking about how Calvin yelled at her last night, saying that she shouldn\'t trouble Quinn. Her heart burned with repressive anger and has ignited her whole being which resulted to this outburst.

　　After Xia said these words, the air between them was suddenly calm.

　　Everyone said that Calvin was good to Quinn, but they didn\'t expect that the relationship between the two was actually like that...

　　Uncle Li looked at Quinn with a stunned look.

　　\"Mr. Leng, you...\"
