“ THAT…I will tell you later… ” Gysla picks up the fork and goes back to eating her food in silence.

Cora snaps out of the daze and continues to eat like nothing happened and as if she was not sitting still like a statue just now.

I glance at everyone, one — by — one.

Then, I look at Wolf who is glaring at the table, his eyes lost in some deep thoughts. The silence is heavy in the room and no one is actually addressing it.

Suppressing the unanswered questions, I pick up my fork and begin to eat the fried egg that Elias placed in my plate only God knows when.
