Ivy trudged up the path to her front door, her arms laden with grocery bags. She'd had the foresight to stock up the fridge; she knew she would be having a lot of guest who'd come to welcome her to the neighborhood,so it'll be best to have snacks and drinks to welcome them.
Ivy was struggling to carry the groceries up the stairs of her apartment building. She had picked up a lot of items. She was so distracted by her thoughts that she wasn't paying attention to her steps. As she was about to take the next step, she felt her foot slip and she started to fall.
Before she could hit the ground, she felt a pair of strong arms catch her. She looked up and saw another stranger, he looked alot like Rafe, the new neighbor from yesterday. He had been passing by and had seen Ivy struggling with the groceries. He had rushed over to help her out of the situation.
Ivy blushed as she looked up at the stranger. She was embarrassed that she had almost fallen and that he had seen her. "Thank you for that. I could have sworn that I had my shit together but I lost it" she dropped some bags, brushed her hands on her coat and extended them to the stranger.
"Hi, I'm Ivy. I'm new here. I just moved in yesterday" she said as she smiled.
The stranger shook her lightly. "Hi, I'm Raymond. I hear about you yesterday from my brother. You look beautiful I must say. Mind if I help you out?"
Ivy smiled and nodded, grateful for his help. She thanked him again and continued up the stairs with him behind her.
She climbed quickly and could hear his footstep behind her. She felt her heart fluttering and knew that she would never forget this moment.
She was stuck her keys in the key knob and opened the doors wide. "Nice place you've got here, I like it" Raymond said as he dropped the grocery bags on the kitchen counter.
Ivy dropped her too and thanked him for the compliment, she offered him a snack and a beer. "Mind if I offer you a drink? You helped me out back there and I would love to say thank you with a beer" she smiled while she talked.
"Oh. No worries, no need to thank me. I'm a gentleman and I'd hate to see a damsel in distress, but if you insist on thanking me, I'd take it that you owe me one and one day, you could repay your debt" Raymond giggle.
Ivy stared at him in confusion. She didn't understand what he meant. A debt? It sounded awkward but she laughed it off as she brought open two cans of beer."Okay, but I insist, a drink"
Raymond took the can from her hands and placed it on the counter. He was trying to take off his jacket but it was a bit tight. Ivy, who wasn't looking, had just turned to offer him a snack when she caught a glimpse of Raymond's abs. He was taking off his jacket but his shirt had pulled open too.
Ivy had been horny for so long that the situation played differently in her head. In a split second, Ivy's imagination had run wild.
She watched as he slowly unbuttoned his jacket, her eyes drinking in the sight of his muscular chest and broad shoulders. His skin was tanned and smooth, and she couldn't help but admire the way his muscles moved beneath it as he continued to undress with his jacket.
He pulled the jacket off of his body and tossed it carelessly to the side. She felt her heart rate quicken as she watched his chest rise and fall with each breath he took. She felt her own body heat rising in response, and she couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed by the sight of him standing there in body-hugging Polo and his jeans.
Pulling his jacket had made him break a sweat. He mumbled something but Ivy's imagination couldn't let her hear him so he moved closer to her, and she could feel his body heat radiating off of him.
She felt her skin tingle in anticipation as he reached out and lightly brushed his fingers against her arm. She closed her eyes and savored the sensation of his touch.
"Ivy, can you hear me?.....I think you've zomed out. Can you hear me?" Those words brought Ivy back to her senses.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, it's just that you look like my cousin who is abroad now. I felt nostalgic from sitting this close to you. I apologize" she lied and prayed he believed her as she couldn't come up with a better excuse.
"Oh. That's alright. I'm sorry about that. If I'm making you uncomfortable, I could leave and come back another time" Raymond offered.
"No no no. I'm fine. So tell me about the neighborhood", she asked as she tried to distract her mind from thinking about those embarrassing thoughts that would make her look or act stupid.
Raymond nodded. "So far so good, the neighbourhood is a great place to stay. It's really peaceful and calm. Everyone seems to be so friendly. It's a great place to live."
Raymond nodded agajn. "Yes, it is. I'm really glad I moved here. I and my family actually. You met my brother yesterday, Rafe. At some point, you'd meet the others too. Oh, but I should warn you, something terrible happened here a few days ago."
Ivy frowned. "What do you mean?"
Raymond sighed. "Someone died in the neighbourhood. No one knows what happened, but other than that, it's a really safe place. Everyone here is really nice and friendly. I'm sure you'll be happy here."
Ivy nodded. "Thanks for the warning. I'll be careful. I'm sure I'll be fine here."
Raymond smiled. "Good. That's what I like to hear." He sipped his beer. He turned to Ivy and smiled again.
What went on in Raymond's mind was totally similar to Ivy's imagination. Raymond was a playboy and being in an enclosed space with this gorgeous woman made him want to do things to her. He tried so hard to suppress his desires but as she smiled at him, his urges gently surfaced.
Raymond remembered the way Ivy's hips swayed when they climbed up the stairs together. He walked behind her and stole glances at her backside. It was huge and sumptuous.
He could still feel the press of her soft breasts against him as he helped her back up when she stumbled. He thought of her delicate curves and how they moved as they climbed.
The stairwell was dark and confined, a good place for a quick show. Raymond remembered as he fought hard not to pin her to the wall.
He thought of her lips, her eyes and the way her hair cascaded down her back. He felt his heart beat faster as he imagined her body pressed against him, their lips meeting in a passionate kiss.
All these and more raced through his head and it became harder to not get an erection. She made matters worse when her keys got knocked over and she bent over to pick them. He saw her cleavage beneath her shirt.
Oh Heavens.
Raymond couldn't take it anymore and asked to ease himself. She pointed the restroom to him. He quickly got up and walked there. He got in and locked the door.
"Erections are harder to control when you are a Werewolf" Raymond said to himself. He spent a few minutes there trying to cool off his erected boner. Everything was going fine until Ivy came knocking.
"Raymond, are you okay? Is it the snack? Are you allergic?" She echoed. "I'm so sorry"
"I'm completely fine. I promise. I just here trying to make a phone call, I'll be out soon" he voiced back.
His almost-cooled-off erection forced it's way up again. He couldn't take it anymore. He closed his eyes. One more word from Raymond and he would have sex with her. He didn't care about morals or how she would view him. One more word.
Just one.
Ivy knocked again on the restroom door and uttered "I have some herbal tea, just Incase you need them"
That's it.
He pushed the door opened and came out.
He grabbed her by the shoulder, bent over to her height and was about kissing her when he heard the door bell ring.
Raymond had it planned in his head. Actually, he didn't. He was use to having aggressive and spontaneous sex. That's the way he had it with his girls. The way he enjoyed werewolf's liked it but since he wasn't sure how she would like it, he would go slow then build up the pace.So the plan was, kiss her first. Make her long for it, then fuck the hell out of her. As he pushed open the door and held her by the shoulders, she was a little shorter, so he bent to her height and he planned to smoulder her with kisses, he heard the door bell. "Are you expecting someone?" he asked."No," Ivy replied. "Who could it be?"She walked over to the door and opened it, revealing Raymond's brother Rafe standing on the other side. Raymond let out a sigh and tried to hide his frustration. He was just about to lean in when the doorbell rang, interrupting the moment. He stepped back and looked at Ivy, disappointment written all over his face. "Rafe!" he exclaimed. "What are you doing here?"Rafe explain
Raymond had been watching Ivy's window for hours, waiting for the perfect moment to make his move. A light shorn from the window of the living room. Maybe she was still up. He had felt sexually attracted to her the moment they had met and he had been used to getting whatever he wanted, Ivy would not be an exception, no matter what Rafe said. So tonight he was determined to make his move and have her. Be had never really testedbhsi werewolf abilities but he had heard a legend that a werewolf could jump high enough to reach into a second story window, and he was determined to do what ever it took to make it happen. He took a deep breath and prepared himself for the transformation. He closed his eyes, and all of a sudden he felt a surge of energy running through his veins. His heart beat began to soar, and he could feel the power of the transformation taking over. His arms and legs began to lengthen, and his senses became incredibly heightened. His vision became better, he could see th
Rafe took a deep breath as he laid on his bed. Ivy had made his day. She pecked him. Actually, he considered it a kiss. A kiss on the cheek. It sounded more romantic that way, in his head."Oh boy" he said as he smiled ear to ear. He really couldn't hide his excitement. Then, he suddenly stopped smiling. He wasn't supposed to be this excited. Not after what happened to Mirabella. How could he forget so easily? He slapped his forehead hard. He wasn't supposed to be this excited over a woman. Not now. Not later. Not in this lifetime. He needed to avoid Ivy. A wolf wasn't supposed to have two mates in one lifetime. That was a rule.Mirabella was his first mate and that was the truest of love to him. Rafe laid in bed, his eyes closed. In his mind he replayed the moment he had met his first love, Mirabella. They were a couple from childhood. Her family was part of the pack. The 'M' family. He remembered vividly. Everyone always called them a couple right from childhood. Rafe and Mirabe
Rafe ran out of the house as fast as his human legs could carry him but it didn't seem fast so he transformed into a wolf and sprang to Ivy's house. Rafe knew he had to be careful, he had tracked his brother Raymond, and now he was here. He had to get in so he rang the doorbell and called out Ivy's name. No one answered. So Rafe took a deep breath again and rang the doorbell the second time. He had to be calm and collected, he didn't want to perceive the situation differently. He waited a few minutes but no one answered so he turned his hands to a claw and opened the lock. Someone was screaming. It was coming from the bedroom. It was Ivy. What was going on? Behind the closed door, he could sense Raymond's presence. His brother was human but he could feel his heartbeat increasing. Raymond was agitated, he was slowly transforming into a werewolf. Rafe had to stop him. If he didn't, Raymond would expose the family secret and that would require that they kill Ivy, to conceal their
Ivy had strategically been avoiding the 'R' family. Raymond and Rafe. Whoever it was, she would avoid them. Work made it easier for her. She would go out early and come back late. Perfect plan. It was really going well, atleast, until that rainy morning.Ivy stood in the rain, her umbrella useless against the relentless downpour. She was already running late for work, and to make matters worse, her usual taxi driver had failed to show up. She was stranded outside her door, with no way of getting to the office in time for her deadline. Just as she was about to give up, a car pulled up beside her. Through the blur of the rain, she recognized the driver, and her heart sank. It was Rafe, the same man she had been avoiding since their awkward encounter the other night. He had offered to help her then, but she had refused and the moment had been filled with embarrassment. Ivy wanted to turn him away again, but the rain was still coming down, and she was in desperate need of a ride. She he
Ivy sat on her bed, flipping through the contract Mr Jones Vones had given her in shock. She had been warned not to speak of the things she would be asked to do, and the consequences if she did. The pledge at the end of the document made Ivy shudder. If she ever revealed what was asked of her, he would kill her. He also included that the mere fact that she knew about this contract was a threat to her normal life. She closed the contract. Ivy thought about the date with Mr Jones. He didn't look like the type to do a dominant and submissive kind of relationship. He wanted her to become his submissive. That was no ordinary job, she had browsed about it and saw that much. Did gentlemen really have these kinds of skeletons in their closet?A wave of fear and anxiety washed over her, making her heart race as her phone rang and Mr Jones' name popped up. She reluctantly picked it up. He spoke first. He asked if she had settled well at home. She said yes. He asked if she had seen the contract
Rafe had not seen Ivy for a week now and this bothered him a bit. He usually saw her whenever she was coming home from work but he hadn't seen her as of lately. He wondered why. He knew she was avoiding him but could she have gone all out to do that? "Why am I looking for her anyway?" He asked himself as he stared at his reflection in the mirror. He often had conversations facing the mirror as though he really was talking to someone else who was also himself. It felt more comfortable that way.He had managed to convince himself that he didn't like her and was just trying to protect her out of the goodness of his heart and the fact that she looked like his lifetime mate who had died. He tried so hard to believe that but it was speedily failing. The way she made him feel told him differently. The feel of her skin on him made him think otherwise and even the thought of her alone made him excited. He tried not to show it but he knew he had started having feelings for Miss Ivy. That was n
Rafe laid on his back, breathing heavily and experiencing excruciating pain. He had just taken a bullet to his heart. Mr Jones Vones had shot him and he fought hard for Ivy, even with that pain. He had been shot but thankfully, those were rubber bullets. It still left him in pain and it would take some few minutes to heal but what he was more worried about was how to deal with Ivy. She had seen him turn from a werewolf to himself. He couldn't say it was a lie. He couldn't tell her she was hallucinating and neither could he tell her he faked it. What could he say? He opened his eyes narrowly to observe his surroundings. Rafe found Ivy leaning over him, inspecting his wound. Ivy had quietly crept into the room, carefully carrying a bowl of warm water and a soft towel. She had approached Rafe, who was lying on the bed and appeared to be unconscious. Gently, she placed the bowl of water on the side table and unfolded the towel. With a gentle touch, Ivy began to wipe away the dried bl
