So much for letting go of her, Ted thought. His eyes remained closed. He was asleep but this was as far as sleeping went for him. He had had enough part to sleep in the past, he didn’t need much of it now especially with more enemies knocking at his door now more than ever.

He ran the palm of his hand on her silky soft skin. She was so soft and yet so fiery, the most passionate woman he ever met. He knew she was trouble the very first time he met her. His men had bound her in a room in one of his houses – he needed many houses to keep his enemies if he had to torture them. She wasn’t an enemy, she was just an obstacle at the time yet one look at her tied up and glaring and he lost himself in those brown eyes. He had tried to feed her pizza and she bit him.

His lips twitched at the memory.
