“Please, can you stop the car?” I ask turning to him and putting my hands together in front of me in a prayer-like manner.

“Are you crazy? Why?” he asks glancing at me before turning back to the road

“That’s the Trevi fountain?” I point at the fountain that was ahead.

“And?”

“Ahh!” I playfully gasped. “I am going to overlook the fact that you just said that.”

“Good then also overlook the fact that I’m not stopping this car.”

“Please, I have to toss a coin. It's for good luck and it's basically tradition.” I say fluttering my eyes at him in an attempt to break his resolve but he remains unbothered and doesn't even glance at me.

“You’re making me deeply regret agreeing to this sour tour.” He says as slightly massages the side of his head with his left hand that wasn’t on the steering wheel.

“Sorry,” I say sheepishly, still keeping my stance. “I promise I won’t waste time at all, I’ll be back before you know it” He rolled his eyes at me and the car came to an abrupt stop. I took that as
