“Dad?

Impossible!”

Alex’s panicked report was hinting towards a weird illustration of the word impossible: ‘I’m possible.’

Our startled gazes met each other, Helena and I swiftly stood up and fixed ourselves, as if we were teenagers in their early dating days. The wise one between us was Helena, she asked Alex.

“Where’s Alpha Gladwin?”

Alex paused for a moment and scratched his head.

“He’s here, on video call!”

Helena covered her face with hair and stormed out of the room. My dad was on call?

Didn’t I ask Alex not to receive his calls?

And before I could break Alex’s mouth for this misunderstanding, he turned the cellphone’s screen towards me.

My dad’s thunderous growls threatened to break Alex’s cell phone, he was fuming in monstrous rage.
