A few days have passed since seeing or talking to Logan or Ashley. I have turned my phone just so I would be left alone.Today was the first time I have decided to go for a run. I changed into some light weight clothes and headed to the clearing. The walk there was short and the fresh air felt good to breathe in. Once I got to the clearing I striped of my clothing and shifting. It was starting to become easier and less painful. I started to sparingly feeling the wind blowing through my fur. There was a young Sitting behind the desk and i assume it is Dr.Shadow.“Hello Alpha my name is Dr. Shadow please come in” she says extending her hand to me.
