Narrators POV

Professor winced as he felt the blade pierced his flesh.

"I warned you not to go after him", she nagged.

He was older than her.

The pain he felt anytime he let Arilla take a little part of his soul was unbearable.

"He's been looking out the window", she whispered.

His house keeper was a gossip.

"I'm done", she announced.

"Done? I... "

The fire made contact with the knife wound she'd just created.

He winced, holding onto the table with all his might.

Sweat gathered at his forehead. What he had to go through everytime.

He couldn't go behind Harver and ask for the Medic's help.

She was finally done. She used his shirt to mop his sweat, then left with it.

He took the clean shirt she kept for him and wore it.

He made his way to where David was, in his wheelchair.

"How do you feel? ", he asked David.

"I don't know".

"I do. You want to kill Luther. But we have a deal"
