**Alexander’s POV**

“What do you intend to do now?” Chad’s father asked me with cocked eyebrows, from the corner of my eye, I noticed Chad as well staring intently at me with a kind of curious expression on his face.

“Now you know the person responsible for the death of your parents, what do you wish to do with the information?”

I sat unmoving, staring at him in confusion. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with the information as well. I was just as confused as they were about the whole issue.

“I don’t know,” I murmured. “I just wanted to know and I want to make sure that Emily’s parents aren't responsible for the death of mine.”

Even before going to the witches, part of me wanted to believe her parents weren't involved and the other part of me had made me go ahead with what I wanted.

“That’s just fine if that’s wh—” Chad started talking.

“I plan to avenge their deaths though. He won’t be allowed to go scot-free after murdering my parents because of his selfish intentions!” I interjec
