**Alexander’s POV**

It’s been exactly six days since I sent Alpha Marcus of Silver moon pack a victory letter, and ever since, I haven’t heard any news from him.

Following Chad’s dad's instructions, I also informed him of my reasons and also reached out to his son, who was responsible for Sophia’s death, in the letter as well.

I partly hoped they would apologize and crawl on their knees, asking for forgiveness, but they never did. Instead, they keep mute.

“Do not invade his territory. Wait till he infiltrates yours first.” Chad’s father had advised one day in one of our several meetings.

“Why?” I questioned, unsure of the reason he would try to change our initial agreement to infiltrate first.

“You’re always stronger in your territory.” He had said, and I had heeded his instructions, refusing to go to Marcus first.
