Giovanni was silenced by a punch to his cheekbone. Jason wiggled his hand to get rid of the pain before stepping back.

"What were the instructions I gave you?" Jason hissed.

"You told me never to touch your wife."

Jason walked towards the big window in his office and stared out into the city. He gulped the whiskey down and turned to face Giovanni. "And what did you do?" Jason asked as he neared Giovanni.

"I touched your wife," Giovanni whispered with his head down. Jason took Giovanni's chin between his fingers and chuckled. "If I wanted to, I could kill you right here. You know that, right?" Jason said calmly.

"Yes, sir."

Jason walked back to his desk and sat in his chair. "New plan. You're going to go back to Maya and look after her. Try and get back into her good books. She'll let you in. I know she will.
