ZENIOS was a village in the heart of Nirvana. Although people in their pack seemed normal, there was something about them that would give away what they truly were.

When Lawrence parked the truck a few meters away from the biggest house in the village, Izzy carried Miss Elizabeth's crate. I hopped out, but when I saw Lawrence opened the door for Nimpha, my heart suddenly felt... jealous. My shoulders became heavy and a shallow sigh left my lips when I remembered Roam.

Izzy anchored his arm on my shoulders before he gave my arm a gentle squeeze. "You're worrying again. Told you, your mate's too strong to be killed by those petty hunters."
