Cassandra's POV

I wake up to Landon looking rumpled and holding my hand as he slept with his head on my bed. My heart fluttered from his gentlemanliness and I looked around. I see Georgiana by the window looking outside as students walked the hallway. Each minding their business and hurrying to their classes.

"I was 15 and so innocent when I was chosen" she says and I know she knew the minute I woke up. Her voice cracked a little and I knew if she turned back to look at me she'd cry and end up not finishing her story.

"You'll be Luna, they said. You'll be honoured they told me. You just have to be good, better than everyone to fit into that role. So I did all I could in being the best. I trained super hard, endured gruesome trainings , didn't go to parties or to clubs because I wanted to keep a clean record.
