"It's good if I visit her." Weighing between going home or going to see her, I ended up deciding to see her after work.

Before that, I made sure to check with the nurse working under me first that there were no more patients that I needed to take care of, and she agreed to that. So, I drove my vehicle out of the hospital grounds, traveling at an average speed because I didn't want to rush. Even though I wanted to see her, I was busy organizing a situation I could predict.

I realized that the situation between me and Sarah was quite awkward. I couldn't say that Sarah was comfortable with me, but it didn't seem that she hated my existence either. Perhaps it was my cold demeanor, as well as the way I spoke, that made her seem uncomfortable and unable to get along with me.
