Chapter 42;

*First Person's POV*

Just by looking into his eyes I realised how much I've longed for him. And in a split second I found myself drowning in the valley of his gaze as I danced with the rhythm of my heart.

I don't need a love like Romeo and Juliet's, nor of Edward and Bella. What I want is a unique and pure love whom I can call my own.

"Zion," I mumbled as the wind gently blows, touching his face. He stared at me emotionless, it's as if he doesn't even know who I am. How come? I thought our love was unforgettable. But it seems like I'm the only one who thinks that way.

"Oh my dear cousin." I was pulled out from my fantasies when I heard my cousin's voice.

"Amira? What are you doing here?" I asked her in disbelief. Don't tell me, that she and Zion came here together? My questions were answered when she clung to Zion's arms and smirked at me.

"Oh my dear cousin, it seems like you have fallen in love with someone you don't know," she told me with a smirk.

"What are you talking about?" Her smile grew wider when she saw my confused expression.

"HAHAHAHA I can't believe that the chosen one is an idiot," she mocked me.

"Amira stop it. We should not waste our time here." Stefan came out of the bushes.

"Let's go," Zion spoke in a cold voice. And I swear, it sent shivers to my spine!

I froze in shock and I don't even know how to move my feet at this very moment. I'm having this thought that Zion is one of the dark immortals. And just by simply thinking about it, I feel so heartbroken.

How am I going to fight the man I love?

"Wait!" I called up to them when I saw that they were about to leave.

Zion stared at me and I stared into his eyes, it's sad that I can't even see a single recognition from the way he's staring at me.

"You're lucky we're not in the mood to kill you," Stefan spoke that made me divert my gaze to him.

"Stefan's right. We're here for a more important mission, and killing you would be a waste of time," Amira added with a smirk.

"What mission? Don't tell me ,you're here for the white oracles as well?" I felt nervous all of a sudden. If they're here for the white oracles then we must hurry before them. The white oracles are in real danger if they find them first.

"No matter what our mission is, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with you," Stefan said before they disappeared like smoke.

"This is bad! I need to find my way back to my friends," I said nervously.

I hurriedly walked out of the tall bushes. It's dark and I'm not even familiar with this place, but atleast I need to try.

"Your highness! Princess Ana!"

I felt relieved when I heard Leanna's voice.

"Leanna! I'm here!" I shouted at the top of my lungs.

I really need to be with them as fast as possible because we need to find the white oracles to save them.

"Leanna!" I shouted again and I felt relieved when I finally saw her coming towards me. We're still lucky that the moon did not disappear with the sun because we could still see despite this long night.

"Your highness are you okay?" She checked my arms ,back and my legs if I have wounds.

"I'm fine Leanna," I told her.

"Where's the griffin?" she asked while looking around.

"It's dead." She stared at me with wide eyes ,as if she don't believe me.

"You killed it?" I chuckled when I saw her horrified expression.

"Of course I didn't. Zion did it, he killed the griffin to save me."

Her eyes grew even more wider when she heard my words.

"Zion? You mean the Prince of Etheor? The one with the annoying servant named Stefan?" she asked in disbelief.

"Yes it's him. And he's a black immortal! I saw him with Amira , and they are here to find the white oracles's cove as well," I explained.

"Oh my gosh! We'd better hurry your highness!"

"I know! Let's go now, where's Diane and Lyndon?" I asked since I did not see those two with her.

"I left them a few walks away from here, let's go!"

We both flew in the air using our powers. It did not take us long to find Diane and Lyndon who's obviously happy to see me again. The hurriedly rushed towards me and embraced me as soon as my feet touched the ground.

"We're glad you're okay," Diane said with a deep sigh of relief.

"All thanks to Zion," Leanna teased that made me glare at her.

"Zion? You mean the Prince of Etheor?" Diane asked while holding her chin.

While Lyndon just stared at me. What's wrong with him? HAHAHAHA

"You know what, we have to something more important than this interrogation Diane. Zion is one of the dark immortals and he's on his way to there cove with Amira and Stefan.

"Oh my Gosh. But how did he become a dark immortal?" she asked in disbelief.

"Probably because he inhaled the dark spell of Velion or he's really born as a dark immortal," Lyndon said.

Whatever the reason is, I need to help Zion out of darkness. I can't just let him do evil things and harm others. I just can't take it!

Wait for me Zion, I will save you no matter what it costs me. You can't be an evil forever because I know that you don't deserve to be one. I could see your pure and kind heart within you.

"Well, whatever that reason is, I think it's best if we keep moving to the north now. I know those dark immortals and I'm pretty sure that they won't spare even a single white oracle," Leanna said worriedly.

"God, please keep the white Oracles safe," I silently prayed.
