Alexander had completely forgotten about this date. He thought that his mother would forget about it too, but it was not the case. He should have known that his mother was very nosy person.

Because at the day of the date, a courier was sent at his door step. It was an outfit for date sent by his mom along with a note that said 'Good luck for meeting your omega.'

He almost shouted in frustration right in the middle of the hallway but thankfully he didn't had any neighbors or else it would have been a problem.

Seriously, who even goes on blind date with an intend to get married soon after? That was so old fashioned.

"You look stunning. I am sure that your future mate would be head over heels for you." It was Isaac who said those words. Alexander rolled his eyes as he tugged in the oversized off white sweater in his black pants. He tried to play it casual with his own clothes . His mother had sent him a suit. A freaking suit! As if he was going on a high business deal . Obviously he sent it back to where it came from gaining scolding from his mom.

"She won't be my future omega." Alexander Said as he searched through his little storage of rings he kept in the dressing table drawer.

"What? How are you so sure? Have you met her before?" Isaac asked as he walked in front of Alexander and leaned his back against the mirror of the dressing table.

"Nope." Alexander said as he grabbed his silver ring and placed it on his forefinger. "I have no idea about who they are."

"Then ?" Isaac questioned, brows furrowed as he watched Alexander closely.

"I am sure that i am not getting married anytime soon and so I am sure that I will reject them. I am just going to this blind date as a formality because of my mom . She forced me and manipulated me by emotionally blackmailing me." Alexander clarified that to his best friend who was not very happy with him at the moment.

"But she did that because she cares about you. She is afraid that you will die alone. You never brought any omega at home even when you were a teenager. " Isaac said. "Maybe she did wrong..." Alexander gave him a look that said, 'seriously?'. Isaac gave him a apologetic look. " But give this date a chance . Maybe this is your chance? Maybe it is a fate that you are going on a date. Don't be so quick with your decision. That omega is coming on date thinking that maybe they will find their mate tonight. Don’t be harsh on them."

Alexander just nodded, his decision was still as ever but he knew better than to argue with Isaac. His best friend was extremely nosy and stubborn person just like his mother.

So, Alexander just bid his goodbye as he made his way in the parking lot. He thought about Isaac's words all the way through the car ride but his decision still didn't swayed.

He was still going to reject the omega.

His family nor did Isaac knew what was the reason behind Alexander’s decision. No one knew that Alexander had an ideal mate drawn in his mind. No one knew that his ideal mate would come to meet him every night in his dreams.

To think about mating someone who is not the omega of his dream felt absurd.

His wolf was already in love with the said omega. His Alpha felt extremely connected to the said omega. How could he mate someone else then?

The date was scheduled by his mom in a regular Cafe. The decor of the cafe was kind of rustic but Alexander liked it. The staff smiled at him as he made his way towards the empty table at the far end of the cafe, opting for some privacy.

He looked at his wrist watch and saw that he was fifteen minutes early which was fine as he hated being late and he hate it more when someone else is late as well. Being a perfectionist himself he had certain ways to live his life.

Ever since childhood, he had always been a quite kid and had no friends other than Isaac. When he grew up, he became more quite and more strict with people which made him unapproachable. He never cared about it anyway.

He glanced at his wrist watch again, five minutes left before the date.

"You are Alexander White?" A soothing voice asked, he smelled the familiar peach scent in the air. His Alpha roared inside him, wagging his tail as Alexander finally looked up.

It felt as if the world had stopped. It felt as if he was dreaming all over again. His Alpha howled in him at the sight of the omega in front of him.

She was the same omega he had seen in his dreams.

Her hair were long brown that reached up to her waist, her eyes were same warm brown as he remembered. She wore a light blue shirt tugged in a dark blue jeans . She looked just as beautiful as he remembered.

The omega who had asked him to chase her, the omega who had smiled at him brightly after being caught. She was the omega of her dreams and his Alpha whispered the word ,

Mate.

"Hello?" The said omega waved her hand in front if the Alpha. "Are you Alexander white?" She asked again. Even her voice was same and Alexander finally dropped out of his trance .

"Ah... Yes..." he whispered, able to speak properly with his heart beating so fast that he could practically hear the blood rushing in his ears. " I am Alexander white." He Said, thanking the God that his words came out loud and clear.

The girl in front of him smiled as she took her seat in front of him.

"Hi, Eleanor Wright." She introduced and offered her hand in a handshake. Alexander took her hand gently as if she was made up of glass.

"Nice to meet you, Eleanor. " he said. The name sounded so sweet on his tongue that he wanted to repeat it all over again.

Eleanor provided him a smile but the Alpha was too daze to reciprocate that smile. He can't believe it. How can it be possible? He had thought that it were just some weird dreams after all but the reminder of his dreams was sitting right in front of him.

What weird game the God was playing with him?
