I WON'T BE GREEDY

The moment Shayla fainted, Hazel's mother ran into the hospital and called some nurses, who came out and took her inside on a stretcher.

"Let's go back home," Hazel said afterward to his mother and Miranda.

Miranda sat in the front with Hazel, while his mom sat at the back.

On their way home, Hazel's mother said to him, "Hazel, I want to talk to you about Florence."

"Please, save it, Mom," Hazel replied.

"C'mon Hazel, don't be like this," she replied. "We all know how Florence is. She's never had a filter in her mouth and neither of us has ever supported her unrestrained speeches. I know what she said was very wrong, but she's still family. Please, don't disown her."

"I agree with Mom," Miranda added. "Hazel, you can do other things to Florence, but do not cut ties with her, she's your only sister."

"Then why doesn't she act like I'm her only brother?" he asked.

"I didn't take her words to heart," Miranda told him. "You know she never liked me, it has nothing to do with you. I

it's however funny that, she's blind to her own greed, not appreciating Hazel's benevolence and demanding for 20 percent from Valor all in the guise of not being greedy.

Shayla's decision, though foolish isn't entirely unwise, she's looking out for her interest, she's been rejected on one end and the other looks promising. But I'm sure for princess' sake Hazel must have given her shares in his company, maybe 5 or 10 percent, so the offer of 20 percent is quite wet
