It was not a dream

I was not expecting much, but the place before me was the last thing that could have come to my mind.

We were out of the forest but the dark one-story building was not making me feel any better.

It was hardly visible in the dark and normal human eyes could easily miss it at night. I could see the faint structure after focusing entirely.

"Are you sure this place is safe?"

I moved closer to Alpha Orion. I was not sure about rogues in the forest but I could sense if they wanted to stay somewhere it would be this place.

"We don't have any other option and it's just for a few hours."

I let out a shaky breath not seeing the point to argue with him. I was the reason we had to stay here, he could just shift into his wolf and run to pack but I could not turn into a werewolf because of which we were stuck in the haunted place.
