Chapter 118

I returned in silence setting up the tea and coffee while the men stood leaning against opposite walls near the hall, arms folded across their chests as they spoke gruffly about locations. I set a cup of lemon, honey, and ginger-flavored tea in front of Mela and handed Wyatt two cups of coffee. I sat at the table with the Alpha's mate blowing on my own.

“So,” I said quietly. “Seems that all Alpha’s have poor skills for introductions. I’m Bri, I'm sorta new here.” Mela bit her lip, a soft smile querking on her lips, and went to raise the cup to her lips before Landry paused her hand and took a whiff before glancing up at me with assessing eyes and returned to Wyatt who was glaring at him.
