As Star entered with a tray of food, my heart felt lighter. Seeing her filled me with happiness and I was so glad she was there.

I couldn't help but watch as she made her way toward my cell, her face betraying a mysterious and unreadable expression. It was quite perplexing, considering how animated and expressive she usually is.

She stopped right in front of the cell. Just when I was about to say something to her, to tell her how glad I was to see her, she beat me to it.

“You are such a failed Luna,” those were the first words that left her lips and it stunned me. Her stony expression and intense glare rendered me completely speechless. I was unable to utter a single word in response.

“How could you keep the truth from me? No, how could you keep the truth from the whole pack? You were hiding something life-changing, keeping quiet like it was all a game!”

“I hid it because I am Luna! Because I’m married and have responsibilities! What did you expect me to do in that situation?!”
