Aria is an Omega, scorned and hated by the pack members. She was rejected by all until she found out she was mated to an Alpha. But this is not a story about how Aria was rejected, but about how Aria rejected the Alpha. What happens when an Alpha is rejected? NOTE: This is not an exclusive story and won't be updated everyday, but will be updated at least two days weekly. I hope you enjoy it.

1- FIRST TIME AGAIN
ONE "Aria!" "Yes, madam," Aria scrambled off the floor, and a hot slap landed on her cheek. She held her cheek and blinked severally to clear her vision. Tears filled her eyes, but she blinked them away. Madam Kate was her guardian and the chief staff in the pack house. "Why is the Alpha's room not yet cleaned?" she barked. "Don't you know he is arriving soon?" "I am sorry, madam; I will clean it up immediately." Aria picked the bucket and mop from the kitchen floor and went away from the grumpy buxom woman. This is Aria's life here in Winter Pack. She was a lowly omega with no family or anyone to stand up for her, at least not anymore. She had come to accept her fate and the fact that she would die unhappy. She hurried back to the room that was supposed to be the one the new Alpha was coming back to. The Alpha of Winter Pack had just died, and another Alpha was to take over since this Alpha did not have an heir. Aria entered the room, set dow

2- WHO IS HE?
ARIA She hurried out of the meeting room with the broken pieces of china and tray in hand, her legs too weak to support her. Leaning against the door, she collected herself. That man in the room was unmistakable; she could comfortably recognise him even from behind. A lot has changed on his face, but it is still him. How was Xavier, the new Alpha in this pack? How would she know when she was captured in the woods as a rogue and brought here? Turning to leave, she collided with Madam Kate, who wasted no time in delivering another stinging slap. A pattern she had grown accustomed to. Aria was sure Madam Kate's fingers were imprinted on her cheeks now. Madam Kate constantly communicated to her through a slap or a whip. She endured it all, knowing there was nowhere to run to anymore because she was paid there. Her wages were meagre, but they allowed her simple comforts, and she didn't mind being the lowest-paid servant. "Stupid girl!" Madam Kate yelled, and Aria held h

3- I HATE YOUR KIND
ARIA Aria entered her cramped room, seeking refuge from the day's trials that had left her clothes stained with dirt and her spirit burdened. She stood before the mirror, gazing at her own reflection. Her cheeks bore red marks from the numerous slaps she had endured, and the month was only half over. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she recalled how Xavier treated her a few minutes ago. She squeezed her eyes shut, attempting to erase the memory of his indifference, his face and everything else that had happened in her life. She sniffed and wiped her cheeks, wincing at the sting. She didn't know why he pretended like he did not know her. She turned her back to the mirror and unbuttoned her shirt, revealing the ligature marks and whip lines etched on her back. She blinked, reached inside the small cabinet in her room, and took out her painkiller meds, only to find out that the bottle was empty. Sighing, she slumped onto her tiny bed, realising that she couldn't afford m

4- MEET MY WIFE
ARIA "Everyone, file out!" Madam Kate commanded the girls, her voice cutting through the atmosphere like a sharp knife. They all hurried away except Aria, who had been told she wouldn't be attending the festival. The other girls were clothed in luxurious fabrics and adorned with glittering jewels. In festivals like this, most she-wolves ended up finding their mates, and this one was no exception, especially with members of other packs joining. Aria went to the sink, filled with piles of dirty dishes, and started washing as the girls moved out. Since she wasn't allowed in the ballroom, she decided to tackle some of her chores tonight and have a bit of freedom in the morning. She had barely adjusted to the solitude when footsteps approached. She ignored them and focused on her task. But the person entered the kitchen, and she turned to see Madam Kate. "Madam? Is there something you want me to do?" Aria asked with a tinge of caution. Madam Kate eyed her with scorn. "

5- MUSIC FOR MY HEART
SEVEN YEARS AGO... "Do you have a favourite song?" Aria inquired, walking backward to face Xavier. The evening embraced them as they strolled along a cobblestone path, surrounded by walls of lush green foliage. The lamppost's gentle glow illuminated their way. Xavier chuckled in response. "Must I have a favourite song?" "Absolutely," Aria affirmed, but her foot caught on a broken cobblestone, nearly causing her to stumble. Xavier, swift as ever, caught her just in time. He steadied her, his hands gently gripping hers, a touch of concern in his furrowed brow. "Are you alright?" he inquired. "Of course. I didn't even hit the ground." "Aria, I've reminded you numerous times to walk facing forward. You nearly fell, and if I hadn't been quick, you might have injured yourself." Aria playfully jabbed his chest. "You worry too much. But as long as you are with me, I won't be falling. I want to see your face whenever I can, for the times when I won't be a
