I was sleeping peacefully in Aaron's arms when his sudden movement jolted me awake. By the time I opened my eyes, he was already scrambling out of bed and making his way to the bathroom. He opened the shower, and then he went back to my side of the bed and cupped my cheeks as he peppered my face with kisses.

"Hmmm..." I closed my eyes and reveled in his action. I could wake up every day to this. 

"Good morning, beautiful. I wish I could pamper you this morning, but it's almost eight and time for breakfast. Gavin was digging into my head. The Alpha was looking for me. He wanted to hear what happened with your shifting. I need to go down for breakfast, otherwise, Jacob will be suspicious."

He was talking so fast that I just found myself nodding. All I knew was that it was almost time for breakfast.
