Something In Waterfall

“Wait, what? Thomas spilled the beans about our trip to the waterfall?” Violet blurted out.

“Thomas again, huh? Do you have a crush on him or something?” I asked Violet, half-jokingly.

“Maybe,” she giggled, shrugging her shoulders.

I rolled my eyes. “Well, try not to get too excited. We don’t even know if we’re going to the waterfall.”

“I was proper chuffed to just wander around and pick those pretty flowers,” Violet said.

“I know, and maybe we can do the same around the waterfall. But I’m not sure if we’re even allowed to go there,” I replied.

“I proper hope we can though,” Violet said, pursing her lips.

“You can go there tomorrow,” Lavelle said.

“Oh, thank you, I would absolutely love to have a splash around,” Violet exclaimed with excitement.

“But do be careful, dear. There are many wild animals lurking about,” Theophile warned.

“Are there any animals scarier than werewolves?” Violet asked curiously.

“Of course there are,” Lavelle nodded.
