Lorenzo's POV

Who's at the door?

"Go hide in the room." I mouth to Celestine, standing up and moving to the door but not opening it. I watch Celestine scurry into the room and wait until she shuts the door behind her before I turn the knob on the door and open it.

"Hey." It's Joey and Louis.

I nearly slide down the door as relief pours over me in waves. Opening the door wider, I step aside for them to come in.

"We saw the light on last night and seeing as nobody has been here for years, we thought someone broke in." Louis stops in the middle of the room, looking at the mess on the table consisting of cards, poker chips, and an opened bottle of tequila. He turns around and arches an eyebrow at me, "You have a guest with you?"

"Yes." I move over to the room and knock lightly on the door. Celestine opens it, creating just enough space for her to fit her head through. "You can come out now." I shift to the side so she can see Louis and Joey.
