LOVE IN THE CROSSFIRE Florence A.S Chapter One: The Fateful Encounter In New York City's dimly lit streets, a young woman named Sofia, left her hometown Ohio, in search of a greener pasture. She walked through alleys, her determination driving her forward. She had left her hometown, with only a few belongings and big dreams. “I don't know how I'm going to fit in this huge city, but I'm happy to be here” she said to herself while walking down in search of a place to sleep.
