The next day, I prepared myself mentally to gather the courage to talk to Alvis.

I knew he supported me, but would he agree to train me? What if he thought it was a waste of his time? I was well aware of my physique. He must look at me and think I am weak. I couldn't blame him since most people thought I was delicate and feminine. I kept to myself and avoided training with other werewolves in my pack, so this was going to be a big move for me.

I took a deep breath and dialed his number. I didn't have a lot of time to waste.

I stopped breathing for a moment as I heard his deep and husky voice on the other line. My heart started palpitating, and my ears felt like they were on fire.
