CHAPTER 105

RUBY'S POV

We arrived at the airport and our bags were all taken into the plane by the staff. Then I carried Sally and tagged along with Dax while Simon held onto Clarissa's hand as they both led us inside.

I sat Sally down on a chair and one of the air hostesses fixed her belt for her. I thanked her before I made my way to another chair and Dax joined me.

He kissed me on the cheek as he took a seat and when a hostess came over to help us fix our belts, Dax held my hand when she smiled at him and I almost laughed out loud when I watched her smile fade away.

With that, she walked away when she was done and soon, the plane took off then a few minutes later, our breakfast was brought. We were all served and we ate silently until we were done and the empty dishes were taken away.

Then I called for a hostess who was passing by and asked her to help me take my belt off for a moment and Dax placed his hand on my shoulder.
