DAX’S POV

The meeting I had with the shareholders and executives was heated. It felt like they were all after my head in the conference room while I answered several questions they threw at me and detailed out the solutions I had laid out for our company to recover from the hit we encountered.

I also told them about my plan to find out who was behind the whole scheme of giving our plan away to Dennis’s company and most of them objected to the idea because they believed I was taking law into my hands.

Some supported me due to how livid they were about losing such a huge partnership to such an incompetent company and when we were finally about to come to the end of the meeting, I looked them all in the eyes one after the other and let them all know that I was bent on searching for who gave us away so if they wanted it or not, I didn't care.

With that, I walked out of the room while they all stared at me in silence. Regardless of their positions in the company, I was the CEO
