Chapter 71

Lucy's pov;

Daniel opened the door as he was holding me inside his arms, and when the door opened, I could see a couple of people standing hiding the bed from view. I didn't care to see who was standing and walked inside, shutting the door behind us. After hearing the sound of the door, the ones standing near the bed moved away, allowing us to see Tyler lying on the bed. He gave me a smile as soon as he saw me but I was more concentrated on the bandages over his forehead, chin, hands…

With tears filled eyes, I went over to him and stood beside the bed without a word. Unfortunately there was no cast on him.

Tyler says to others in the room, "Leave us alone."
