Deciding

Alvin was in the bar with Nora and David, and they were all seated on three chairs with a table in the middle.

The club was quite empty at this time of the day since it was still morning; only a few people were seated at the end with drinks on their table and lit Indian Hemp in their mouth.

The club was much quieter compared to last night, and Alvin counted every second that passed with self-consciousness. There had been a shift of bartenders—and Alvin had snorted when they came to sit here some minutes ago; he'd have surely told Jake to deal with the male bartender if he was still there.

The three people on the chair were all silent and seemed to be thinking of a way to start a conversation.

David was picking at his nails and glancing at his watch at every minute. His face would usually turn sour when he saw the time, like he was expecting it to run without looking back.
