Chapter 22

LOGAN’S POV

“Not again” was the first thought that crossed my mind as I stare at her blinded rummaging through the forest. She looked so lost and hopeless and I wanted nothing but to reach out to her and hold her in my arms forever.

But I didn’t do that, instead I waited to see what she was up to. She seemed to be really concentrated on something in front of her, giving it all her attention and mind.

I failed to understand what on earth was wrong with her. This was the third time I had a caught her doing this not so normal activity and later she would claim she had no idea she did it. At first I thought it was some sort of tiredness and depression but I was soon made to realise there was more to it than meet the eyes.

Someone couldn’t just possibly forget a part of his day like it never happened. That was something that actually needed to be looked intensively at.

I made a move to just get a hold of her and move her out of the place once and for all but was made to stop in my track
