Chapter 25

Hazel’s POV

The drive home was haunting and rather quiet, I and Jasper would never have expected such serenity and quietness between us.

Logan, strong headed, wanted to fight and make matters worse by wanting to take me home.

Things were already not good and I had no plan on making it worse

Jasper’s car came to a halt in front of the mansion and as I made to come down from the car he spoke up.

“What happened Hazel? You’re keeping things from me.” I didn’t even know what was happening to me, how could I tell him what was happening?

“I don’t know Jasper. I’m not hiding things from you.” I mouthed as I fiddled with the strap of my bag.

“You are, else you would have told me that you were mated to Logan.” He said.

“You already know, Logan forced me to keep shut.” I mumbled; fidgeting. I had no clue why my hands were shaking or why I was getting unnecessarily cold and having sweaty palms.
