Chapter 67

Danciana's Point Of View

As I stood beside Dylan in the warehouse, my mind was racing with thoughts about Alpha Dante and how he might be doubting my whereabouts. I knew I had to be careful, and my instincts told me he would try to track me down. I glanced at my phone, and sure enough, there was a random message, probably from one of my friends checking up on me.

I sighed and muttered to myself, "Great, just what I needed. More distractions." But deep down, I knew I couldn't ignore the message, as it might raise further suspicion if I didn't respond.

As I contemplated what to do, I listened to Dylan arguing with his father. It was evident that they were having a heated discussion, and I didn't want to get involved in their family drama. After all, I had more pressing matters to attend to.

I decided to call out to Dylan and let him know that I was leaving. However, he seemed so engrossed in the argument that he didn't hear me at all. "Dylan!" I called out again, but still no response.

I really wanted to like this story. The beginning was an OK story plot but the time frame was extremely confusing as it seemed like only weeks had gone by to find out that years had gone by? Having read other Alpha stories it is hard to read as these characters believe everything told to them
