SARA'S POV

Davis was only trying to be mature in his relation to other people. Like me, he was also constantly growing through situations and circumstances so I had to be patient with him. Just because he used a certain formula in the past did not mean that he would use it again. Each time in itself was special and unique.

“Shall we?” I saw a waiter usher another couple into the VIP section.

I looked back at Davis who was now hung up on his phone. He seemed eerily perturbed. Davis was rarely perturbed.

“Is there something wrong?” I asked out loud which made his hurriedly make to put his phone into his side pocket.

“No. Why would there be something wrong?” He chuckled but I was not buying that from him.
