Chapter 48

SARA'S POV

I went to the bathroom for some break.

Eventually, I got back to the room with a smile on my face.

“We've just finished eating. Why don't we go watch the movie I promised you?”

So we ordered an Uber to go to the movies. On the way, we bought some sunshade and masks to protect ourselves from the public.

Once we arrived at the movies, it was a bit difficult what to watch because all the movies seemed interesting. But Davis wanted to see one that was about an army dude and so I decided to go along with that one too.

We did take some snacks with us but while we were at the movies, we did not chew a single popcorn. It wasn't that we were so fixated on the movie that we didn't have any time— No, it was that we were already full from the lunch we had at the restaurant.

By the end of the movie, I was feeling quite refreshed.

“Was the movie worth the trip?” Davis asked me after the movie was done.
