With both hands on her hips, Sunni panted softly recovering from the shock.
She exhaled looking up at the strange guy who still had his eyes on her. She stood straight looking up at him.
This condition made her wonder if she was just too short or was this guy tall!
"Hey, what were you thinking?" She asked but the guy said nothing.
He and his gaze fixed on her as if he and finally seen the person he was in search of for years. It freaked her out.
"Why did you stand in the road? Do you want to die? How can a fine Young man like you die like that....it's just not proper" she said wiping out the imaginary sweat off her forehead.
He was still mute, eyes down on her as she paused, meeting his gaze.
Suddenly she looked around and up at him. "Eh...well I'd like to stay and have some chit chats but I'm seriously busy right now. Okey?
She slowly brought up her hands as she stood on her toes.
Her right hand met his hair with difficulty as she slowly patted it like a puppy and smiled.
"Be careful next time okay?" She finally stepped back as the bus arrived.
People began getting on it as she too got on it.
The young man watched them leave as he slowly brought his hand to feel his head.
This was the minute he decided to always follow her.
These short moments with her proved to him that she was the one that she had lost something to when he crash-landed on earth.

10 years ago.....It was a terrible night for the rain had been heavy. And the thunderstorm was intense.
Few people were seen outside and these few people were already rushing home under their umbrellas and raincoats.
It was certainly odd for a comet to come on this night but it passed and tragedy had struck.
Scientists observing the comet couldn't tell exactly what had occurred on this night but suddenly the comet had disappeared after a sudden clash. But with what? They weren't still certain.
In reality, the crash had led a rather invisible spaceship to land on earth.
It had landed in the woods ....the deep bushes.
And surprisingly no disasters occurred. No blast or explosions. Only a large hole was created as the spaceship blinked for a while and faded.
A green egg was there on the floor, glowing dimly.
On another side was a little girl who had fallen into that hole. She lay helpless at a corner sobbing.
She was hurt.... hurt that she could be dead in the next minute or so.
But some green dust flew Slowly from the green egg and occupied the little girl.
The miracle that was still a mystery even to this young man who thought of it.

——————Dave Lin sat comfortably on his office seat.
He had both legs on the table. A paper on his hand and the other hand on his chin.
He carefully ran his eyes through the project paper before his hand as he observed it.
It was the case of the so-called 'Alien Invasion at nights of the comet' which was handed over to their agency for over a week now.
They had utterly no right or specific means of starting this case but he damn seriously wanted to begin this case.
The investigation was his life and he took every bit of his job seriously. He always had his job first before anything. Love? He had none, he believed they were distractions so obviously a handsome young man like him had no wife or even a girlfriend. And he didn't plan on having one.
The case troubled him a lot because he needed to start somewhere but this case was a bunch of scattered puzzle pieces. He didn't know where to begin!
As he pondered on possible beginnings, a knock came on his door. He casually said "Come in"
As the door flung open, a girl walked in.
She was in the agency's uniform. A blue top with their logos and a black jacket. other stuff was added based on their various preferences.
The beautiful young lady had long black curly hair. Her stature was rather average with a slender body.
On her face was a well-put-on makeup that made her dashing. A typical beauty that guys would take a second look at after passing. But not for Detective Lin.
"Uh...Lara...Why are you here?" He looked up at the young lady who had put up a firm, beautiful smile.
"Well, Mr. Lin...I brought a report from the fresh case that occurred last...night....it seems that Night comet visitor has struck again" She presented the file before his table.
"Really?" He curiously took the file bringing off his legs down from the table.
He flipped through the well-organized five paged work, letting his eyes professionally scan through it.
"I had heard this on the radio this morning before coming to work...I had thought it was another joke of the morning " He was plain even when he was trying to crack a joke.
"The case came this morning. A woman has been murdered last night before his son who is now traumatized. The killing is once again as creepy as always....cold murder. Images are at the back" she watched Dave Lin turn to the last page where the pictures were. She continued. "His husband returned this morning and on hearing it collapsed. He was rushed to the hospital. I pity the poor boy"
Dave sighed " Finally....a clue to start with. I guess we'll have to start by following up on this case. And yes... Did you get any report from that scientist who was studying the corpse of that murdered man?"
"Oh....we still haven't gotten any report yet. But don't worry...I'll see to it" She assured with a smile.
The lady observed Dave go through the file from all angles.
From the way she looked at him, it was pretty obvious that this girl had a crush on him."Well.....Mr. Lin...I was wondering if you've had anything to eat since morning....you've been engrossed in work that I'm worried"
"Don't worry about me" He said. "I'll certainly grab something to eat later. But first... Inform the team that we'll be visiting this case...somehow"
"Yes"

—————Yang Sunni arrived at the Agency's company as she looked at it with a smile.
"I'm here... Cheer up Sunni. You'll try your best to convince that jerk face " she happily galloped her way into the company
The Alien was following her, watching her from afar.
He observed her enter the company as he followed behind her, turning invisible.
She got into the company and approached the receptionist.
"Hello...well I'm here to meet with a detective for a serious case"
"Did you book an appointment? " The female receptionist in glasses inquired
"Yeah....and with The inspector general...."
The receptionist gave her a suspicious stare as she faked a sad frown " I... I need to cover the case of my brother....he's my only world and he's been lost for a week now ...." She faked a cry.
"Okey Dokey okay... I've fixed you in...go and wait for him in the lobby....I'll let him know you're waiting "
She smiled again "Thanks," she said happily galloping to the lobby room.
The Alien guy found himself smiling as he followed her to the lobby.
Dave Lin got out of his office as Lara walked up to him.
"Mr. Lin, I've arranged the team, and I've gotten the information that the man is awake in the hospital, so I think it's the perfect time to go meet him"
"Great....let's get to the van "
As they walked, a man approached them.
"Inspector general....someone wants to see you " He informed.
He paused "See me? Why?"
"Well, she said she has an appointment with you for a serious missing case" He informed.
"Uh...I can't recall such an appointment...But I'll see her " He said excusing himself and heading to the lobby.
He later arrived at the lobby as he looked around.
It was empty and only a girl comfortable sat on the waiting bench while playing a game on her phone.
He sighed approaching her.
"Miss how may I help you?"
Sunni quickly looked up to meet her gaze. She smiled.
He stiffened " It's you?!"
The night sky was pretty The full moon was also out as the stars filled the sky into a starry night. Yang Sunni was sad. She slowly walked by the roadside on that cold night. The street was a lonely one, but it was a shorter road for her to get to a bus station leading home. But she didn't want to go home just now. She was sad and it was shown on her face. She walked by the street looking up into the night sky as she thought about what had happened hours back -------- "what are you doing here?" Detective Lin had asked about seeing her. "Well...I....actually....I...." She scratched her head nervously. Dave Lin had checked his wristwatch from time to time. He was running late to where he wanted to go and Sunni was delaying him. "If you have nothing important to say...then please may I leave?" "Well, actually I wanna join your agency. The thing is that..
Yang Sunni wasn't awakened the next day by the alarm as usual but by the rash opening of the bedroom's entrance door. Startled, she jerked out of bed looking towards the direction of the door, Hana walked in. Reluctantly, she yawned stretching out herself. "What's up with the slamming??" She asked. Hana seemed to be in a hurry as she dashed into the room and approached her wardrobe. Without words, she opened it and began taking out clothes that she put into the bag she placed aside. Sunni slowly got out of bed as she watched her pack in a hurry. Only a guess would tell her all..." Where are you going?" Hana didn't reply but continued. "Hey...Hana, where you going?" She asked again. With a sigh, she stopped and looked up at Sunni. "It's kind of a long story, but I'll cut it short. Mum and dad who continuously insisted I go on blind dates to find a boyfriend has set up a blind date for me back in town and I have to go
“My name's Sunni, Yang Sunni. And you?" Sunni said trying to escape from the handshake. The Young Man was still holding her hand firmly in a handshake. When she finally escaped from the handshake, she smiled asking again as he paused without giving any answers. He had his eyes on her. Those eyes that were both alluring and murderous, but ignorant Sunni didn't care less. "Don't you have a name?" She asked again as he slowly nodded. She was confused for a while. How could he not have a name? where could he be from? what situation could he be in? All these questions rang in her head but she didn't care much to answer any of them. She simply sighed looking around. "So you don't have a name?" She confirmed as he nodded cluelessly again." Which means I'll have to give you a name. Right?" He went mute still staring at her but she continued. "In that case....what name should I give you?" She thou
Dave Lin had probably worked overtime. This is evident from the time he was still in the office. He took a quick glimpse at his golden wristwatch. It was 9:50 pm. Quite too late for his usual working schedule. But he seemed busy and occupied at the moment. With the files filled up on his table and the computer on before him which he operated from time to time while going through files, he was certainly going through a case. Or rather the case at hand. He took a while to surf a particular file that was bodied with words that only he understood. He seemed lost in it, lost into the words in it and the sense he tried to make out of it while linking ideas. He didn't seem to be in the mood for anything else. His busy scenario was interrupted by a knock on the door. He paused, looking up to the door." Who's there?" He wondered who was still in the agency late at night. "It's me...Lara" The familiar feminine voice came from the oth
"What??" He was a bit too bold to repeat it! " I have no home. So I want to stay here with you. Can I...?" "No!" Sunni snapped even before he ended the words harmoniously. "You certainly can't stay here at my place!" Sunni didn't know what she was feeling right now. Shock? panic? Whatever! The feeling was awkward. What was this guy saying? was he too dumb that he didn't know the implication of what he was spouting out?. "Why?" He asked. "You....are you trying to tease me or what? How can you say that?' "Well, I just wanted to stay here...." "No you can't" She chipped in again "Don't you know it's inappropriate for a boy and a girl to stay together in one room? No, I refuse" "But why is it inappropriate?" He asked She was gonna go insane from his ignorant questions. Who on earth asks such questions?? "it's just inappropriate.. only couples and married ones can do that" Sunni trie
Sunni thought that perhaps if she walked more quickly and not look at him, she would forget that scene. So she walked briskly by the road side without looking back.Lucas was behind her. He wondered why she was walking so fast without any hope of stopping. He too tired to increase his walking pace to see if he would catch up but Sunni seemed to have increased her walking pace.He had to choice but to walk from behind while wondering why she was walking like that.Sunni was still walking but he little brain was still dashing to that scene from that morning. She shocked her head to cast it out but it was Still coming! She was doomed! She was walking so quickly and distractedly that she failed to see the bench before her. She bumped into it with her leg. "Ouch!"She ended up sitting on it while she tried easing the pain from her leg by massaging it.Lucas came to stand before her as she slowly looked up to meet his gaze. She blinked as all her
"Mister, Give us two cones of ice creams, Strawberry flavor for me"Yang Sunni and Lucas stood before the ice cream truck as the jolly seller whooped up a cone of ice cream . "Here you go" He handed it to Sunni.Sunni looked at Lucas who was busy observing the scenes "What?""What flavor do you want?" She asked"What you have, I'll have" He insisted. She didn't know what was in this guy's mind. Was he trying to act polite or considerate?"No...you can't have strawberry" She insisted."Why?""Because..... you're a guy.....and guys shouldn't have strawberry flavor""Why?""Because.... it's just so, so stop bothering me" she looked at the ice cream seller. "Give him chocolate"The man whooped another one, this time chocolate and then h
The man was halfway facing. He was masked from him nose down with black clothing leaving his eyes and upper face exposed.Sunni's heart skipped beats on seeing him. It was already night but there were few street lights enabling her to see those eyes. Those eyes for a reason triggered her. They were blue.....and for a strange reason were familiar. She sensed a strong feeling of familiarly in those eyes which was odd. Because she was certain she hadn't seen them before neither had she seen him. With fear griping her from all angles, She moved backwards in slightly staggering. Those oddly familiar face was indeed creepy!"Who.....who....are you.....?" She asked in fear as she moved back. The man had now turned fully to face her as his eyes lit. Those blue eyes were domineering and slightly demonic. Sunni could feel the strange aura of evil around but no where to run to.She ha
