Asher pov

After the meeting I went to my office and called the tech guy. He still couldn't get the footage for that day.

‘Do you think it was deleted?’ I asked

"It wasn't sir. If it was, I would have been able to restore it. It wasn't deleted sir.’

‘So why do you think it can't play out what happened that day?’

‘I think it might have been deactivated that day sir. Someone must have turned off the camera that day.’

It confirmed my suspicions.

Someone from the company was involved in Henry’s sham.

I had spoken to Mr Lee Yang the other day and he had advised me to hold a meeting and threaten them. That the rat is bound to quiver in fear. He however told me not to reveal what it was that Henry took.

At the meeting I tried searching their faces for hints of fear or anything that would satisfy my suspicion but I found none. Their faces were filled with questions and worse confirmation that I wasn't capable of handling my father’s businesses.

Henry has been quiet for now. Who knows wh
