Rhys’s Pov

I woke up to a terrible hangover and a persistent headache.I rolled over to the edge of the bed and managed to sit up straight.

Predictably, my hangover solution was already seated on the side stool.

I stretched over and held the cup in my hands, I gulped the content and stared idly out the window.‘Are you going to sit there forever?’ Black asked me and I groaned.

‘I wish I could.’ I responded and went in to take my bath, the time was a little past nine and Mara’s training session was scheduled for nine.‘I want to meet her but that would come later.

‘Do you perhaps remember the books that used to be in the pack library, those about werewolves?’ I asked Black, his hunger for history was greater than mine.

‘They were banned some years back. But you are the alpha, so you can gain access to them..’ He responded as I got in the shower.
