Stan POV My heart breaks seeing the confusion in Kinsley’s eyes. Alpha Carter POV They get her to the outside and we are horrified at the sight. Bite marks are all over the girl’s arms and I suspect areas we cannot see. Stan POV I had focused most of my time, since Carter left, on Kinsley. She was ready to come back to the Pack house today. She was still very uncomfortable with me particularly if we were alone. I had no idea how to make her feel more comfortable. She had to work on getting her strength back for walking. Although she had only been out a relatively short period, the fight against the toxins had exhausted a lot of her strength. Stan POV I slept on the couch not wanting to corner Kinsley. She was terrified when we came back to our room last night. I had first tried to get her to eat, but she claimed to not have an appetite.
