"So tell us, my dear, how has life been treating you?" Mrs Elizabeth Singh said, wiping her mouth with a napkin.

The family dinner turned out better than Selena had expected. She never thought the Singhs could be heartwarming enough to welcome her with open arms. She has had this objective about them in her mind and had prepared to take whatever that will be thrown at her only for them to surprise her and she kind of understands that Robert choosing to be an asshole has nothing to do with the family he is coming from.
