Book 4: Chapter 46-Blind

“You heard your father? Go away!” Liza yelled at the girl.

“I’m leaving, but I’ll take my daddy with me, so he can get a better treatment!” She approached her father and held him by the arm.

“No, you have no right to take my husband! Let him go!” Liza angrily slapped Jade’s hand.

“Nanny, help me get Daddy out of here,” Jade called out to the lady and strongly patted Liza on the shoulder.

“Ouch, honey, your daughter is hurting me! Don’t let her take you away from me!”

Jade hastened to help her father stand up, who seemed to be blind not only in heart and mind but also in sight.
