46. PUTTING IN THE WORK
The work kept me occupied.
The next day I woke up sad but with such energy. It all was happening and I knew I would be working my ass off all day long. I rushed down after a quick shower, finding the trucks already in the royal grounds. We offloaded everything, some members of the pack coming to help when done with breakfast. I had to hide in a corner for some time until I was sure the king was finished and gone from the dining room. I walked past the dinning room doors quiet often so I did not want to bump into him.
There were so many things and I could not believe I had even bought that much staff.

The music filled the whole house. Traditional songs were played as the sun went over the horizon. Everyone was happy in the pack, all talking about the whole event and how great it was. I had never felt so cold, I had never felt so out of touch with my environment. Each step I took left my body quivering as if it would shutter.
