CHAPTER 16

We had a viciously aggressive lovemaking session in the kitchen, and when we both ended up in bed naked, I was immediately knocked out due to exhaustion from our intense sex.

The alarm went off at precisely 7 a.m., waking me from my sleep with my head spinning from the previous night's hangover. I then saw that Edna and I were both completely naked next to each other on the bed.

Just then, every detail of last night's encounter with Edna started to flood back into my mind. I immediately slumped back into bed, buried my face in my hands, and said, "what have I done now".

When I turned back to Edna, she was still fast asleep. I noticed how peaceful and at ease she was in bed, sleeping soundly and comfortably—exactly what she had been missing all along. At that moment, my phone rang—it was my p.a., and I quickly picked it up.

"Hello Donna, nice morning, how was your night?" I said.

She greeted me by saying, "Hello sir, my night was cool, nice morning sir, I hope you slept well too."

"Ye
