Finding Diane

Lucius's POV

"I am not going to stop! I will prove it to them!" She yelled desperately trying to remain in control but the tides had changed.

I was now the one running the game and I would make sure she didn't come out of it alive if she dared me.

I had given her too much time for her to reconsider her actions and she refused to listen, now there would be no mercy.

"Your time is ticking, Jolynn," I called as I walked down the corridor triumphantly.

My anger was still present but it had somehow been abated knowing that I was going to see Diane in an hour. It was all going to be over soon.

And this time, I would treat her the way she deserved. I would tell her all there was to know about my people and I would claim her. Then I would send Jolynn to the farthest corner of the earth, never to be seen again.

Everything would be perfect.
