I left Rex standing in the foyer. I wasn’t really mad at what he did, more where he did it. Just because I wanted to create memories, doesn’t mean the first one needed to be of the blood that would probably stain the wood. Maybe I could have cleaned it up, but what I really needed to do was get out into the fresh crisp air to clear my head.
