Annabelle's POV

I arrived at Dominique's house with Clara, but I asked her to wait outside while I try to convince Dominique to buy into the plan, again. I knew I had to convince Dominique that attacking Alexander's pack was the right thing to do, but I also knew it wouldn't be easy especially after that narrow escape he had with the first kidnap case.

As I got to Dominique's house, I didn't meet him in the living room, so I was directed to his bedroom by one of his pack members. I knocked at his door when I got there and a voice responded "It's open"

I walked into his room and before I could even say hello.

"Annabelle, what brings you here, again?" he asked, his tone polite but guarded.

"I said we would meet again, remember? And I have a new plan," I said, trying to sound confident. "I think it's time we took action against Alexander and his pack."

Dominique raised an eyebrow. "Why? What's changed?" His face giving "I'm not interested" vibe.

"They think they're better than us," I sai
