Chapter 37: Signature

After we had breakfast, we went back to work. I did a lot that morning because I mostly answered emails and calls for Roswell. I'm still struggling now because I just started as his secretary, but I know that in the next few weeks I will get used to it and learn more.

"Kali."

I was busy in front of my desktop when Miss Karen came, so I looked up at her. I saw the rather thick papers she was holding, so I waited for her to speak again.

"Here's the paper that needs Sir Roswell's signature," she told me, then handed me the thick papers.

I was a little surprised by so many, but I just nodded.

"It's too much. Is it necessary now?" I asked while looking at the papers.

I remembered that Roswell still had a meeting, and he only had half an hour left in the office.

"Yes, Kali. Within this day, Sir Roswell must have his signature because it is required for accounting. We just gave it today, but I think you will do that. Just bring it inside so he can tell what you will do with those," Miss Kare
