Twenty One

Alicia's POV

"You can't do that," I moved away from Nathan as soon as I regained from the shock.

"Okay, won't happen again" he replied faintly, turned on his heels and walked out of my room.

I dropped to my bed like a bag of sand in both physical and mental exhaustion. Today's been a long day and I'm so weak to the bones.

The best thing that happened was the fact that I got to see Georgie again. He's still as handsome and even better. His dimples still shone every time he laughed. He's also gotten bigger than the last time I'd seen him. Times do change people and times really changed Georgie. I hope he won't be too reluctant to be my friend again because of my marriage.

The thought of telling Georgie the truth came to my head again but I soon realized I was getting ahead of myself. It's been seven years and a lot might have changed about the guy.

I pushed his thoughts out of my head and instantly, my brain welcomed the thoughts of Nathan.
