“What do you mean you won’t be home for Christmas?” Olivia yelled out and I glared at her, shushing her.

“Keep your voice down.” I hissed out, not wanting our mom to hear. She would make a big deal out of it. If she knew about it before I left for Miami, she would find George’s number and personally talk to him.

I didn’t hate the idea of not being home for Christmas because the idea of traveling excited me even more. I’d booked our flights already and we were going to be leaving in five days. Our accommodation was already taken care of and we were going to be staying in one of the most luxurious hotels. He’d made me book suites instead of regular rooms and I was very excited.
