“They couldn’t see us,” Bianca stated a fact that did not make Blaze neither surprised nor proud. It was so obvious to him, that he didn’t treat it as anything special. “I was born like this. His mouth looked like a chimney from which smoke was being pushed out unwillingly, resembling a fireplace during a downpour. Stacy was left behind the pack and didn’t participate in the rescue mission. He became a passive observant, deprived of any influence on the course of events. At least, that is what Dervel thought. But in reality, he had already done his part and waited for Jenn’s move. Jenn in turn, held in her palm Michael’s number but couldn’t push herself to make a call. Was the dwarf right and Dervel did not intend to kill Bianca at all? Hundreds of doubts flooded her head and she couldn’t decide what side to choose.
